I can’t make Bib Collection, can someone else collect my bib?
Yes. Please ensure that the person picking up your bib has access to your entry confirmation email, which will specify your bib number to assist collection.
I can no longer participate, can I withdraw from the event?
We can’t offer refunds, however if you’re a SARRC member you can withdraw with credit otherwise, contact us before Wednesday 30 April to get a transfer to another 2025 event.
I would like to change my entry, how do I do this?
We can offer changes until Entries close on Saturday 3rd of May only. Your new bib will not be personalised with your name as bibs have already been printed. Please contact the office.
Where will Bib Collection be?
The official Brooks Adelaide Marathon Expo and Bib Collection will take place at the InterContinental Adelaide on North Terrace!
Date: Friday 2nd May 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 3rd May 10:00am-4:00pm
Is there Bib Collection on Race Day?
No, there will not be bib collection on race day. If you are travelling from interstate, regional SA or internationally please contact the office if needed –
Is there Late Entry on Race Day?
No, there will not be late entries on race day. Online Entries close at 4pm (ACST) on Saturday 3rd of May.
Where can I collect my merchandise from?
You can collect your merchandise from the SARRC Merchandise Stand at the 2025 Brooks Adelaide Marathon Festival Expo
What time does the race start?
Marathon: 6:30am
Half Marathon: 7:00am
10km: 7:15am
5km: 7:30am
Kids Dash: 9:00am
